Cordovan takes its name from the deep, burnished leather of Córdoba — a material so prized it became its own colour, its own word. This work carries that same quality: rich, warm brown worked into the canvas with a surface that feels aged, handled and lived in. A work that gets darker and richer the longer you stand in front of it.
